Trajan Wealth seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Internal Finance Group at our Scottsdale headquarters. You will support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and reporting across platforms, reporting to the Finance Director and partnering with senior leadership to analyze performance and model growth.

The role is onsite in Scottsdale and requires 5+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel modeling, and GAAP knowledge to ensure data integrity and executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong team player and ability to manage competing priorities with high attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and multi-scenario analyses to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including revenue analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze financial performance across business lines to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support budgeting and annual planning with Finance Director and executive leadership.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate new business opportunities and investments across growth pillars.
