GE HealthCare in the United States seeks a senior leader to drive operational excellence in Equipment Leasing and Loan operations. You will lead cross-functional teams across loan processing, leasing operations, and servicing, while partnering with sales, credit, product, and technology to support new growth initiatives.

You will implement scalable systems, leverage AI/ML to improve efficiency, and govern regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• CFA, CPA, or CTP certifications preferred.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority, high-visibility deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills linking strategy, operations, and financials.
• Adaptable to change in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Implement digital tools and AI/ML to improve turnaround times and reduce risk.
