Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, helping guide financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

This role encompasses financial planning, forecasting, project financial management, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business. Domestic/international travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or a related financial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficiency with Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations that support growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, and key business metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contracts, and billing.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvements across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.
