Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A/Cost of Sales, to manage total P&L data with a focus on COGS and logistics performance. You will provide senior management with recurring summaries and variance analyses, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

This role partners with logistics and supply chain teams to identify risks and opportunities while advancing reporting tools and automation through testing and customization recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in CPG/manufacturing preferred.
• Exposure to logistics or COGS management preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to present insights clearly.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate close data per US GAAP and explain variances to forecast.
• Prepare P&L summaries and KPI analyses for senior management.
• Manage annual logistics budget and COGS forecasting within the P&L.
• Lead ad‑hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling with cross‑functional partners.
