Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team. The role supports consolidated planning, maintains core financial models, and helps prepare executive-level materials for leadership and Board reviews.

You will partner with FP&A pillars across the forecast cycle, build models from scratch, and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort while elevating analytical quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in analytical financial roles (FP&A, investment banking, or consulting).
• Strong financial modeling skills and multi-scenario P&Ls.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain components of the consolidated financial model across the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and monthly forecast cycles.
• Support mechanics of the forecast cycle, including data intake, model updates, and variance analysis.
• Prepare executive-facing deliverables and variance analyses for consolidated and segment levels.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, and ops finance to gather inputs and consolidate into a coherent corporate view.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting through AI, automation, and systems.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and presentations for finance leadership.
