Atlantic Group in New York City is seeking a talented FP&A professional to join our growing team. This newly created role reports directly to the CFO and offers real visibility to shape the FP&A function as we scale.

The position follows a hybrid schedule (four days in the office, one remote) and entails building budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and improving reporting processes to drive growth and reduce costs.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, and strong financial modeling skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with operators and senior stakeholders; open to candidates from any industry, with real estate preferred.
• MBA, and experience with Yardi and/or Salesforce is a plus.

Mansioni

• Build monthly, annual and multi-year budgets and forecasts for the consolidated business and individual locations.
• Compare actual results to plan across income statements, balance sheets and cash flows.
• Analyze financial trends and recommend ways to support growth and reduce costs.
• Perform monthly variance analysis on the financial statements.
• Drive improvements to reporting processes and efficiency.
• Prepare lender materials and compliance certificates.
• Serve as a finance and planning systems resource with an interest in the technology side of finance.
• Act as a data link between Finance, Asset Management and Property Operations.
• Check that expense allocations and related rebilling are accurate.
• Track and report on risk items, including loan guarantees.
• Partner with business owners and management, applying solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge.

About Our Client

Our client, a NYC-based real estate investment firm focused on residential communities, is seeking an FP&A professional to join their team in the NYC office.

This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CFO, giving you real visibility and a genuine opportunity to shape and build out the FP&A function as the firm continues to scale. The role follows a hybrid schedule and is a great next step in your career.

Position highlights

• $130-$150k salary plus 10-20% bonus
• Hybrid schedule, four days in the office and one remote
