Job summary

Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia (TMMWV) is seeking a Cost Management, Financial Analyst to support manufacturing performance through month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis across powertrain programs.

You will partner with manufacturing, procurement, product planning, engineering and leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights, drive cost competitiveness and operational efficiency, and help shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
Experience in FP&A, accounting, manufacturing finance, cost management, or related function is a bonus.
Experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data, identify drivers, and make actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools to develop reports, models, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end closing activities and financial analysis.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Monitor cost performance and drive cost competitiveness.
Provide financial guidance for operational, sourcing, investment, and new business decisions.
Develop standardized processes and analytics to support manufacturing performance.
