Job summary

Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia is seeking a Cost Management Financial Analyst to partner with manufacturing, procurement, product planning, engineering, and leadership to deliver timely, accurate financial insights that support decision-making and profitability.

In this role you will lead month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost competitiveness and financial performance across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, accounting, manufacturing finance, cost management, or related function is a bonus.
• Experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing activities.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Support product and business unit cost management initiatives by monitoring cost performance and driving cost competitiveness.
• Provide financial guidance for operational, sourcing, investment, and new business decisions.
• Develop standardized processes, reporting, and analytics that deliver actionable insights and support Battery Manufacturing business performance.
