Toyota Motor Manufacturing Tennessee (TMMTN) Accounting & Finance is seeking a Cost Management Analyst to support Jackson, TN plant cost functions and related sister sites. The role emphasizes cost leadership, budget coordination, and variance analysis to drive cost reduction and KPI achievement.

The candidate should have an accounting or finance background, strong Excel and Power BI skills, SAP experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. On-site presence is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting operating expenses.
• Experience supporting Monthly Close Processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 tools such as Teams & SharePoint.
• CPA or CMA is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide cost leadership for Jackson TN Manufacturing management, including budget coordination and cost reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial closings with journal entries and variance analysis.
• Analyze actual versus budget, forecast, and target variances for shop costs.
• Perform cost lead activities and system reconciliation; provide inventory support and audits.
