Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Finance Analyst to support its Operational Finance function. This is a high impact finance role, reporting to the Director of Finance or Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash flow).
• Deep understanding of GAAP principles.
• Ability to succinctly interpret data and frame business issues for executives.
• Excellent, clear verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the operational finance function at the brand level.
• Partner with executives and brand Presidents to communicate insights.
• Drive FP&A including budgets, variance analysis and ad-hoc analyses.
• Streamline finance processes and build scalable solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and action plans.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for growth or efficiency improvements.
• Analyze the impact of tests on KPIs and present findings clearly.
• Prepare periodic reporting and assist in earnings materials.
