Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, tax, or related role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Advanced Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to research state and local tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting in partnership with department leaders.
• Develop financial models, cash flow forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for executive leadership.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI reporting for visibility into performance.
• Analyze project metrics: revenue, costs, margins, backlog, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and tax/compliance tasks.
• Participate in tax compliance across multi-state jurisdictions and payroll tax administration.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Operations to align locations and tax jurisdictions.
