Qualifications

• Four to six years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and financial modeling.
• Experience preparing recurring management reports, analyzing financial and operational performance, and explaining significant variances.
• Experience supporting or coordinating budgets, financial forecasts, and FP&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports tracking KPIs including production volumes, labor efficiency, throughput, manufacturing costs, margins, and other metrics.
• Partner with Operations leadership to understand performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes and improve data integrity.
