Job summary

The Facilities Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with executives, operators, and field teams to drive performance through budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.

You will use Workday Adaptive Planning and Power BI to build models, reports, and KPI dashboards, delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment. Hybrid role with some work-from-home days and collaboration across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Expert in Workday Adaptive Planning and Power BI.
• Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operators to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
• Lead budgets and forecasts; hold leaders accountable to results.
• Deliver monthly P&L reporting with variance analysis.
• Build budgets, forecasts, and reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
