  • Deliver monthly subsidiary and consolidated P&L reporting with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year; partner with Accounting Shared Services on month‑end reviews and adjusting entries, reconciling data across multiple sources to ensure financial integrity.
  • Use Workday Adaptive Planning to build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and reporting, and bring best practices that help TFG get the most out of the platform.
  • Build financial models and ROI analyses for projects, pricing, contract bids, and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver quick‑turn ad hoc analysis for the executive team and ownership group.
  • Support acquisitions and integrations, including diligence analysis and onboarding acquired companies into TFG’s reporting, budgeting, and planning processes.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive and board reporting that improve visibility into business performance.
  • Train end users on financial systems and reports, and drive process improvements and automation.
