Job summary

Olsson is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support enterprise‑level financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning activities. This role partners closely with finance leadership, accounting, and technical teams to drive informed decision‑making and growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will report to the CFO and help develop the financial planning and analysis function for a high‑growth firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required.
• CPA license is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with company valuation models and risk assessment activities.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models (balance sheet, income, cash flow).
• Analyze investments and capital expenditures, providing insights and recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, and trend analyses to support decisions.
• Partner with accounting for month/quarter/year‑end close processes.
