Nimble Gravity, LLC is seeking a proactive FP&A Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role reports to the CFO and collaborates with accounting, delivery, sales, and marketing teams to ensure accurate performance insights.

You’ll forecast, analyze variances, and prepare reports for senior leadership while contributing to strategic decisions. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is required.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools; QuickBooks and Runway a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning.
• Analyze actual financial performance versus budget and forecasts, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management, highlighting variances and drivers.
• Assist in preparing financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting, delivery, sales and marketing teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Support month-end close with financial analysis and variance explanations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial KPIs to monitor the company’s health and performance.
• Participate in special projects including M&A analysis, market expansion, and cost optimization.
