Job summary

Gravitics Inc. is seeking a Director of FP&A to own financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. You will partner with the CFO and lead finance for engineering, manufacturing, and programs, translating technical plans into financial decisions and building scalable models.

You will guide investment decisions, create operating cadence, and mature the FP&A function as the company scales. You will drive the annual plan, long-range forecasting, and executive reporting, while supporting fundraising

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
Experience in aerospace, space, defense or advanced hardware manufacturing.
Advanced financial modeling skills and strong command of Excel.
Experience with program or project cost tracking and long-cycle revenue.
Ability to communicate complex financial insight clearly to executives, engineers and investors.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plan, rolling forecasts and long-range plan aligned to milestones.
Own the five-year plan and support Board decks for IR.
Build and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, cash flow and capex.
Run scenario analyses on schedule, cost, and funding to support decisions.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing and program management on unit economics and costs.
Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting and KPI dashboards for executives and Board.
