Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and planning templates.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast and identify key drivers.
• Partner with leaders to develop financial assumptions and understand performance changes.
• Support scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for potential outcomes.
• Prepare analyses and materials for senior Finance and business leadership.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting on revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, headcount, and operating expense.
• Develop commentary explaining performance and variances.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and trends and communicate to Finance leadership.
• Support management presentations and business reviews.
• Ensure reporting is accurate and aligns with methodologies.
• Partner with business units to understand operations and KPIs.
• Evaluate performance and opportunities to improve profitability and manage costs.
• Support ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
