Job summary

Doosan Bobcat seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to provide financial leadership, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support across operations. You will partner with operations, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing to drive performance and continuous improvement.

The role leads complex analyses, supports monthly and annual planning, ensures SOX/GAAP/IFRS compliance, and contributes to business transformation while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA or similar preferred.
• 5–8+ years in Finance, Accounting, FP&A or related areas.
• Manufacturing experience preferred and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting for revenue, expenses, and balance sheet.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow vs forecast and prior year.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership for performance improvement.
• Support AOP and long-range planning and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decisions.
