Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Controller to lead overhead budgeting, P&L analysis, inventory forecasting, and long-range planning in a manufacturing environment.

The role includes regional cost accounting, staff supervision, and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Travel <10% and CPA/MBA/CMA preferred.

Experience with standard cost systems and Oracle is preferred; collaborate with plant managers and finance team to drive productivity and accurate costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of experience in a manufacturing finance role.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, cycle counting and cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide management with analysis on plant performance and forecasts.
• Maintain SOX compliance and financial controls.
• Manage capital spending projects and overhead standards.
• Supervise finance team and mentor regional staff.
