Doosan Bobcat NA US is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to provide financial leadership and analytical support across forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning. You will partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.

This role leads complex analyses, supports monthly and annual planning, ensures policy and internal control compliance, and facilitates data-driven decision-making to influence business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, including revenue, expense, and balance sheet projections.
• Analyze and communicate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow against forecast and plan.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Develop annual operating plans (AOP) and long-range plans (LRP).
• Drive process improvements and financial modeling for operational decisions.
