Doosan Bobcat seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to provide financial leadership across forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning. You will partner with operations, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver actionable insights that improve profitability and drive continuous improvement.

This role supports AOP/LRP and leads complex analyses. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in finance with strong Excel and ERP experience, and a track record of influencing decisions at the leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or similar certification preferred.
• 5-8+ years in finance, accounting, FP&A or related areas; manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead forecasting processes monthly, quarterly, and annual.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow vs forecast/plan.
• Provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities for decision-making.
• Support Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Long Range Plans (LRP) and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decisions.
• Lead monthly management reporting and improve reporting packages.
• Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to drive performance.
• Present results to leadership and advise on actions.
• Oversee month-end close, account analyses, and internal controls.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes.
