Det-Tronics is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Bloomington, MN. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives, delivering reliable forecasting and actionable insights.

The successful candidate will transform complex data into compelling business recommendations, build standardized reporting, and advance automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• Minimum three years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• ERP systems experience; JD Edwards preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-range planning with cross-functional leaders.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, OPEX, inventory, and working capital to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases covering profitability and investments.
• Prepare executive presentations communicating performance, trends, risks and recommendations.
• Coordinate Capital Expenditure planning and ongoing reporting and analysis.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting using Power BI, Excel, OneStream, and JD Edwards.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced environment and drive issues to resolution.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and partner with IT on ERP planning systems.
