Det-Tronics seeks a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
Minimum three years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards preferred.
Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms.
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial partners.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-range planning with cross-functional leaders.
Analyze revenue, gross margin, expenses, inventory and working capital to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop financial analyses and business cases for profitability, investments and pricing.
Prepare executive-level presentations with performance trends and recommendations.
Manage annual Capital Expenditure planning and ongoing project reporting.
Develop and enhance financial reporting using Power BI, OneStream, and JD Edwards.
Operate independently in a fast-paced environment and drive issues to resolution.
Lead continuous improvement to simplify and automate FP&A processes.
