Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership on financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will drive budgets, long-range plans, and financial insights across multiple projects and clients.

The role requires strong Excel skills, BI tooling (Power BI), and experience with Oracle ERP. You will translate data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations that support strategic decisions and growth.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, project margins, and key metrics.
Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting for revenue recognition, contract review, and client billing.
Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
Support controls and process improvements across the business.
Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems for reporting and analytics.
