Job summary

Trinnex in California is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership, guiding financial decisions to drive growth and profitability across the business.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and KPI reporting using Power BI and Oracle, collaborating with Operations and Project Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliant financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related FP&A, corporate finance, or project accounting experience.
• Experience with subscription-based, recurring revenue, or software-enabled service models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide forecasting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key business metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, client billing, and financial compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial analyses.
• Support financial controls and process improvement initiatives across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to enhance reporting and decision-making.
