This exciting role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, project financial management, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business, leveraging Power BI and Oracle ERP to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or related financial role.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis proven.
• Revenue recognition principles and project financial management knowledge.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; strong Office Suite skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and KPIs.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Support revenue recognition, contract review, client billing, and compliance.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support controls, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems for reporting and automation.
