Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support enterprise‑level financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with FP&A leadership and cross‑functional teams (R&D, IT, Quality, Regulatory) to deliver insights, models, and dashboards that drive planning, budgeting, and long‑range planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to R&D, IT, Quality and Regulatory groups, including expense/headcount planning and capital investment support.
• Support monthly/quarterly forecast cycles, annual budget, and multi-year planning.
• Consolidate analyses, highlight variances, risks and improvement opportunities for management.
• Develop reports, dashboards and tools to enable clear management decision-making.
