Job summary

MicroSurgical Technology (MST), part of Halma PLC, seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in Redmond, WA. The role leads enterprise FP&A, forecasting, and strategic analysis reporting to the CFO and executives.

You will drive budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling while partnering with Operations, Sales, Marketing, R&D, HR, and Supply Chain to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
• 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with Accounting/Controller and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide FP&A activities: budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts.
• Provide financial insight to CFO and executives as a strategic partner.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and performance metrics to support decisions.
• Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities.
