Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting at Senior/Manager level.
• Proficiency in revenue recognition and cost deferrals.
• Ability to read, interpret, and present P&L data clearly.
• Strong communication to non-financial audiences.
• Proven data analysis from large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L statements and variances to drive strategic decisions.
• Drive Month-End reporting with clear commentary and insights.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Quality teams.
• Develop ad-hoc reports using non-financial metrics for business initiatives.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with key inputs.
