AMETEK is seeking a Manager, FP&A to serve as the analytical backbone of the business. This role involves providing financial insights that aid decision-making within the Medical business units.

The ideal candidate will analyze financial trends, support senior leadership with recommendations, and lead budgeting processes while ensuring accuracy in reporting. A bachelor's degree in accounting and 5-7 years of relevant experience are required. Knowledge of Hyperion and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of financial reporting and controllership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance regarding balance sheet, P&L, cash flow.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organization levels.

Mansioni

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.
• Develop and evaluate capital investments and improvement projects.
• Create and maintain financial models for standardized reporting.
