Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a similar FP&A role; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must currently live in the Minneapolis, Minnesota or Chicago, Illinois greater metro area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting, dashboards and executive-ready presentations.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights.
• Build and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Improve forecasting accuracy with data-driven insights and customer input.
• Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate investments, new product initiatives, and strategic “what-if” scenarios.
• Support capital allocation and M&A decisions.
