Smoke Guard, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to deliver financial insights, support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with operations and leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and value creation from data-driven insights.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions within a growing, publicly traded CSW Industrials segment. On-site in Boise, ID with a path toward senior FP&A roles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, MBA, or progress toward certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or project-based environments preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening required.
• On-site Boise, Idaho location and on-site work required.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close activities with data validation and profitability analysis.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, EBITDA, cash flow and other metrics.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and objectives.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial and operational results.
• Support pricing initiatives, margins, capital investments, and strategic projects.
