Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5 years of finance experience in an FP&A function.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Strong communication and ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience collaborating with business teams and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and planning.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts; monitor performance against plan.
• Analyze profitability and KPIs; prepare management reports for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements and cost controls.
