OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. The role reports to the Manager, FP&A and focuses on planning, forecasting, headcount management and analysis in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

You will partner with department leads, deliver monthly reports for leaders and the Board, and help implement standard processes to improve efficiency. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and business acumen are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning system is a plus.
• Experience with AI is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage corporate budget, forecast, and headcount models, working with department leads to set targets and goals.
• Provide monthly reporting to department leaders, including variances to plan and forecast.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses as requested to support strategic investments and initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including Board-level reporting.
• Assist with development and implementation of standard FP&A processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with corporate accounting to increase budget/forecast visibility for timely month-end close.
