Qualifikationen

• Four year degree in Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles.
• Advanced financial modeling and ability to integrate financial and operational data, identify trends and drivers, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

• Serve as a proactive financial advisor to senior leaders with significant operating budgets.
• Build credibility and relationships across Finance and functional leadership.
• Assist FP&A leadership with consolidation of forecasting and long-range planning for $130M of G&A spend.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning with drivers and KPIs.
• Identify cost reductions, productivity improvements, and process optimization opportunities.
• Develop executive-level financial presentations translating complex data into clear insights.
