Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Analyst to support the Marketing Department in budget management and analytics. Reporting into the marketing team, this role owns budget tracking and forecasting while delivering the analysis that guides marketing investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related business field.
• 1+ years in a financial analyst or analytical role with budgeting, forecasting, and accruals exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, financial modeling).
• Experience with database querying (SQL) to pull and analyze data.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to automate tasks and aid analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the marketing department budget.
• Prepare and submit budget forecasts to Finance.
• Review and reclassify incorrectly coded expenses to correct accounts and cost centers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly accruals for outstanding obligations.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards.
• Query the marketing database to support reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Use Claude and Microsoft Copilot to automate recurring tasks and support analysis and reporting.
• Assist department with other tasks as needed.
