Amplify is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver advanced financial insight and modeling that informs strategic and operational decisions. You will partner with Finance, Product, and Operations to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and guide investments.

A strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement will be central to success. The role requires producing accurate analyses and clear communication with senior partners, while driving scalable reporting

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Mansioni

• Serve as FP&A partner for multiple departments and drive process improvements.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with variance analysis and recommendations.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting packages for KPIs.
• Own end-to-end workforce reporting and cross-functional planning.
• Partner with HR to improve data integrity and workforce analytics.
• Propose system enhancements to improve reporting and forecast accuracy.
