Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter seeks an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organization. You will work with the Senior FP&A Analyst and Head of Finance Partnering & FP&A to deliver financial insights that drive business performance.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A fast-paced environment requires proactive, data-driven professionals with strong Excel and modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel, pivot tables, formulas, data visualization.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying trends.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate numbers into insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Develop financial and operational reports for leadership and decision-making.
• Analyze performance against budgets and forecasts; identify variances and drivers.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, ST&P, and CPTO for insights.
• Assist with forecast updates, accruals, and cash flow reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for initiatives and investor reporting.
• Support PMO budgeting and reporting; improve reporting consistency.
