Job summary

Kao in Cincinnati, USA, seeks a Finance partner to support the Consumer Care US division, modeling results and influencing decisions across Finance and Marketing. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand performance and drive targets.

Reporting to the Associate Finance Director, you’ll build analytical models, lead planning cycles, forecasts, and performance reviews, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• 5 years FP&A experience.
• Must understand IFRS requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365; AI-enabled tools to boost productivity.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and reviews.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain to identify risks & opportunities and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and investment evaluations for growth initiatives.
