Job summary

Kao Corporation is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional in Cincinnati, OH to lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for its Consumer Care business unit in the US. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to identify risks and opportunities, build financial models, and influence strategic decisions.

You will leverage Power BI/Tableau for dashboards, integrate AI-enabled tools to automate reporting, and deliver insights that drive growth and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of related FP&A experience.
• General understanding of IFRS requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 tools, including AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, consolidation, and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and periodic financial reviews for assigned brands and business units.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Support an integrated planning process that aligns financial targets with business objectives and drives accountability for results.
• Provide financial insights, recommendations, and scenario analyses to support key business decisions.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and investment evaluations for growth initiatives and other strategic projects.
• Translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations to drive profitable growth.
