The Jewish Federation of Cleveland seeks a Foundations and Family Philanthropy Officer to advance donor engagement and grantmaking strategy. Responsabilidades

• Foundation Manager: Manage foundation grantmaking cycle from opportunity to stewardship.
• Help trustees evaluate grant opportunities in line with mission and priorities.
• Prepare grant materials, research, recommendations for trustees.
• Facilitate discussions to enable strategic grantmaking decisions.
• Track grant commitments and follow-up with grantees.
• Deepen foundation impact through partnerships and engagement beyond money.
• Coordinate foundation board/committee meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Partner with leadership on calendars, work plans and priorities.
• Maintain foundation records and governing documents.
• Support trustees in roles and decision-making.
• Connect families/trustees with Federation activities.
• Collaborate with finance on grant payments and reporting.
• Learn multigenerational tools for family giving contexts.
• Assist in Federation development and annual campaign.
