Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in foundation relations, institutional giving, or grant-focused fundraising.
• Demonstrated success securing six-figure and above foundation grants and building long-term funder relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute institutional fundraising strategy including revenue goals and portfolio growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor proposals to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of foundation funders.
• Develop annual revenue strategies and budgets for foundation donors.
• Translate CSPI's science and policy work into funder-ready narratives.
• Coordinate with Senior Director of Development and program staff to align fundraising priorities.
