Job summary

Texas Health Resources Foundation is seeking a Program Manager of Foundation Communications to lead the development and execution of integrated communications that advance the Foundation's mission. The role sits within the Foundation and collaborates across fundraising, donor engagement, and campaign initiatives to drive awareness and philanthropy.

The position is hybrid, based in Arlington, TX, with remote work options at the manager's discretion.

Qualifications

Education required: Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, English, or related field.
Req 5 years of experience in strategic communications, PR, marketing, or digital communications.
Experience managing vendors and campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience supporting fundraising or nonprofit initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for Foundation fundraising and donor engagement.
Lead digital communications across social media, email, and website content.
Create donor-focused content across channels and ensure brand alignment with Foundation priorities.
Oversee projects, budgets, and vendor relationships for campaigns and events.
Collaborate with Advancement, internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve goals.
