Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements. You will advise senior client stakeholders and drive cross‑functional teams to develop robust forecasts informing strategic decisions.

The role requires deep forecasting expertise, strong therapeutic knowledge, and the ability to apply AI/GenAI capabilities. You will contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, and people development within EY’s Life

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• 14+ years in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive innovation with analytics, AI, and forecasting best practices.
• Experience in client delivery excellence and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Advise senior client stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and epidemiology.
• Ensure accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights and strategic implications to executives.
• Oversee forecasting methodologies, model development, validation, and automation.
