Job summary

Amazon's Global Procurement Operations (GPO) is seeking a Program Manager for CM, Forecast and Planning to drive financial modeling, investment prioritization, and long-range planning across seven pillars. You will deliver executive dashboards and partnering with pillar leaders to build robust business cases, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

The role requires 4+ years in program management, 5+ years in supply chain/forecasting, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• 4+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and refine financial models that project savings delivery, cost avoidance, and investment returns.
• Resource Investment Prioritization: Develop and manage frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing resource allocation across initiatives.
• Long-Range Operational Planning: Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles with pillar leaders.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish standardized methodologies for tracking enablement, ROI, and cost reduction with executive dashboards.
• Transformation Program Tracking: Monitor status of transformation initiatives and flag risks/budget variances.
• Business Case Development: Partner with pillar leaders and sourcing managers to build business cases for investments.
• Variance Analysis & Risk Management: Conduct variance analysis and mitigation for savings commitments.
• Executive Communication: Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews and translate financial data for senior leadership.
• Process Standardization: Drive consistent measurement and communication across seven pillars.
