Amazon is seeking a CM, Forecast and Planning leader to act as the financial backbone of Global Manufacturing and Distribution Services. You will translate investments into measurable outcomes, build models, and drive ROI across pillars while reporting progress to senior leadership.

You will partner with pillar leaders to optimize capital, headcount, and timelines, delivering scalable planning processes and executive dashboards across regional operations.

Competenze

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• 4+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience.

Mansioni

• Build, maintain, and refine financial models that project savings delivery, cost avoidance, and investment returns across all pillars within Global Manufacturing and Distribution Services.
• Develop frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing resource allocation across competing initiatives, ensuring capital and headcount are directed toward high-value opportunities.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles, partnering with pillar leaders to build bottoms-up forecasts and align roadmaps with strategy.
• Establish standardized methodologies for tracking enablement, ROI, and cost reduction performance with executive dashboards and reporting cadences.
• Monitor and report on transformation initiatives, flag schedule risks, budget variances, and dependencies with corrective actions.
• Partner with pillar leaders and sourcing managers to build business cases for new investments and headcount requests.
• Conduct variance analysis against plan and develop mitigation strategies to protect savings commitments.
• Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews and investment performance summaries for senior leadership.
• Drive consistency in how financial performance is measured and communicated across seven pillars.
