Job summary

University of Kansas is seeking a Director of Compliance to serve as the primary compliance contact for the Football program, handling recruiting, eligibility, and NCAA/Big 12 regulations. The role coordinates education, monitoring, and documentation across athletics staff and student-athletes.

The position requires strong communication, extensive compliance experience in Division I football, and the ability to collaborate with campus partners to ensure adherence to institutional and conference

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of Division I FBS compliance experience or NCAA National Office compliance experience in Enforcement or AMA.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, coaches and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance liaison for Football and related programs.
• Monitor and administer Football recruiting activities and documentation.
• Provide NCAA/CSC/Big 12 interpretations to coaches, staff and student-athletes.
• Assist with eligibility governance and transfer-related matters.
• Develop and deliver rules education materials to student-athletes, coaches and staff.
