Job summary

VIVIBOWL, a New York City Mexican-Asian fusion brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst to support purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations for our restaurants.

You will manage local purchasing and supplier communication, source and evaluate vendors, analyze pricing and costs, create purchase orders and delivery schedules, and collaborate with restaurant operations and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience with evaluating supplier quotations, pricing, costs and purchasing data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple purchasing requests, suppliers, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on order status, pricing changes, product availability and delivery issues.
• Assist with inventory management and planning.
• Prepare purchasing reports, pricing comparisons, cost analyses and procurement records.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate purchasing teams on initiatives and standards.
