Job summary

NURA USA LLC is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support daily procurement activities for the dietary supplements, food, and beverage industries. You will manage orders in Fishbowl and Monday.com, coordinate with vendors, and assist the Purchasing Manager with pricing, lead times, and landed costs.

The role requires strong organization, detail orientation, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables), Power BI, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is essential,

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Purchasing Assistant, Buyer, or similar.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication.
• Advanced MS Excel, PivotTables, Power BI skills.
• Experience with Fishbowl and Monday.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in systems, ensure price, qty, terms accuracy.
• Communicate with vendors on price, lead time, specs.
• Assist Purchasing Manager with pricing, timelines, landed costs.
• Monitor open POs and notify delays or risks.
• Enter POs and issue to vendors by email.
• Support projects (flavor-related) with Sales and R&D.
• Coordinate with China team for on-time delivery.
• Verify invoices and resolve AP discrepancies.
